Artifactual provides an AI-powered project management assistant that integrates with third-party platforms including Notion, Slack, and Jira. The Service helps users query project data, generate documents, create architecture diagrams, and automate workflows across connected platforms.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Artifactual of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

Artifactual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. AI-generated outputs are provided as-is, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content generated by the Service before relying on it.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
